6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including documents, methodologies, and materials produced by Tshiamo Consulting in the course of our services, remains our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials provided to clients are for the client’s internal use in connection with our services.
7. Confidentiality
We will keep all confidential information disclosed by clients confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required to deliver our services or by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
